The Claire Lilienthal School (K-2) project received a Citation Award for replacing aged modulars and expanding capacity at an existing site. The neighborhood context called for buildings of modest monumentality matching the existing auditorium. Two new buildings created a central courtyard with elevator/clock tower that unites the multilevel site.
