TMC Development honored Lisa Gelfand and Gelfand Partners for purchasing the historic landmark James Lick Baths in San Francisco’s South of Market neighborhood, modernizing and converting it into new offices for the firm. The modernization revitalized the building and contributed to the rejuvenation of the neighborhood. TMC also honored Doree Friedman, president of FineLine Construction, which did the renovation of the building.
