Bendorf Apartments

From boring to beautiful. This apartment complex built in 1970 got a major facelift, converting the property from bland, boxy, flat roof buildings to a refreshed look with new sloped roofs, composite siding exteriors and bay windows. The roofs hold new solar thermal panels for the units, and new metal trellis work provides passive shading. Residents are welcomed by a new curved steel trellis at the entrance. The existing community building now features a high, pitched roof community room, computer room and new offices.
