El Carmelo Elementary School

Gelfand Partners led a two-phase project at El Carmelo Elementary School, providing new construction and modernization services to enhance and expand the campus.

In Phase 1, we delivered a new wood and steel multi-use building featuring flexible classrooms, an interior/exterior stage, and an enrichment lab, along with targeted site improvements.

Phase 2 focused on renovating and converting the school’s former stage and lunchroom into two spacious, modern classrooms, supporting the school’s growing educational needs.
