Casa Adelante – 2205 Mission

Casa Adelante is an all-electric, mixed-use affordable homeownership community developed by the Mission Economic Development Agency (MEDA) at the corner of 18th and Mission Streets in San Francisco’s Mission District. The nine-story development will provide 63 affordable family homes above ground-floor commercial space, resident services, and community open space.

Designed under California’s SB 35 streamlined approval process, Casa Adelante expands affordable homeownership opportunities while supporting the Mission District’s long-term vitality. The project creates a welcoming neighborhood landmark that reflects a commitment to sustainability, community, and equitable housing.
