JVS Headquarters

The programming for JVS’s new headquarters started in 2019, when the client started searching for a new office location. The project was obviously put on hold over the pandemic and resumed in 2021 with a completely different perspective on office needs and a transformed vision of what the workplace should be. By the end of 2021, Gelfand Partners helped the client developing a new program, through a number of on line workshops, and later assisted with real estate selection. The new office occupies an entire floor of a centrally located high rise building, which was provided as a cold shell. The design features a large reception and waiting area, multiple informal seating areas, hotelling stations, private office spaces, small conference rooms, one large 40 people conference room and a full kitchen. Finishes and colors are meant to reflect the re-branding campaign the client will disclose this summer 2023.
